Workforce People Solutions is a specialist recruiter that helps UK businesses solve their skills gaps by sourcing, relocating and supporting skilled workers worldwide. With an incredible global reach and unrivalled expertise, the business was presented with both massive opportunities due to the lack of skilled workers in the UK, and some daunting challenges with Brexit impacting the placing of EU workers.
Not one to shy away from a challenge, the Directors decided to undertake a bold strategy, rebranding from its original name of Euroforce Ltd to Workforce People Solutions and enlisting our support to create a brand platform fit for growth.
The brand project revealed the extraordinary lengths that the 50-strong team go to in order to both meet their client’s hiring needs and the caring way that they support and manage the employees that come to the UK to fulfil these vital roles. “With you all the way” summarised this approach perfectly.
The strategic brand project saw a whole host of changes to the marketing approach. This led to a digital transformation project that saw a new CRM and digital marketing strategy developed and a structured B2B campaign plan to enter new markets with skills shortages.
