Despite their heritage, scale and reputation, Outcomes First Group lacked a cohesive brand strategy to bring together their various companies, brands and initiatives. The groups three flagship brands Acorn Education, Options Autism and National Fostering Group all work together to deliver incredible outcomes for children and young people across the country, but outwardly they were not aligned around a single purpose or message. We were commissioned as a retained partner to work alongside the executive team to develop the strategy, brand narrative and guidelines for the group.
Once this identity was established and the creative execution was produced we were retained to deliver the project in full across all the group’s marketing and comms channels. We now provide a fully managed outsourced service to supply all creative, production and digital services required across the group.
