The campaign was rolled out across Facebook, inviting nurses to attend the open day. Throughout the campaign we produced creative visuals and marketing materials to support the Social and PR activity.
To encourage attendance and ensure a smooth process all attendees were invited to apply before online, making use of our landing page to capture data and send automated marketing emails directing the recipient to apply via NHS Direct.
All marketing mateirals adopted a mobile first approach, to encourage on-the-go nurses to discover and share the content throughout the month.
NHS Tameside recruited over 40 nurses at the open day, with a further 40 recruited at the next event 2 months later.
